Susan’s journey brought her healing and her ALT Certification along with owning Honed In Health, LLC

Susan made significant contributions at Southwest Airlines, playing a pivotal role in the Galley Design Team for the MAX-7 and MAX-8 aircraft. Her experiences also encompassed teaching hospitality programs, participating in recruitment, and even creating an affirmation page on Facebook that still has over 2k followers.  She coined the term, ‘Culture Genius’ to help employees rethink how to be exceptional in all they do.   In 2020, she married her best friend, Jack, a Southwest Airlines Captain, on a windy SC beach with a Halloween costume themed wedding.  They currently live in Orlando, FL with their dog, Kermit.Susan was initially introduced to ALT in 2019 from her holistic dentist and she loved the benefits.  She looked into options to train and purchase the equipment, but Covid stopped that.  Then a sailing incident prompted a total hip replacement surgery in 2022, initiating a challenging recovery period.  Faced with prolonged traditional therapy and persistent health issues, her encounter with Dr. Renee Boccio, DC, of Welcome To Wellness, LLC, helped forge a better path to recovery and reignited her interest in lymphatic therapy.   She envisioned a deeper layer of recovery by using this protocol and her knowledge of holistic health and nutrition. Susan’s deep understanding of the emerging science of Lymphatics propelled her to explore its benefits, not just for herself but also for her son, who was dealing with cervical and postural issues. Witnessing the remarkable impact of lymphatic therapy on her son, Susan envisioned a new path, founding Honed In Health, LLC, to share the benefits of lymphatic therapy.  Susan has met with and studied under Dr. Jeni Gramith, ND, CLT who is the co-inventor of the XP-2; the machine she uses. Armed with comprehensive training under Dr. Gramith, Susan utilizes this advanced technology to assist people in reducing inflammation and congestion within their lymphatic systems. Susan is furthering her education by taking additional CLT classes and will be able to incorporate protocols for cancer patients very soon.  She is also studying reflexology.   The more she knows, the more her clients can grow. Her commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience reflects the mission of Honed In Health, striving to educate and empower individuals in improving their lymphatic health.
