What is Advanced Lymphatic Therapy

Advanced Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) is a unique, non-invasive therapy designed to gently detoxify soft tissue, improve immune system function, and reduce swelling and congestion. Here’s what you can expect during a session:

Advanced Lymphatic Therapy machines operate by ionizing inert gases within the transmission heads. These gases are Argon, Krypton, and Xenon. Argon and Krypton help to decongest the lymph fluid and Xenon helps to balance hormones.

The ionization within the instrument heads produces energy and ions which break down protein and waste clumps, producing a detox effect. This helps smooth the flow of the lymphatic fluid within the body.

The transmission heads move along the body’s natural lymphatic flow to reduce fluid stagnation in the area. Often within minutes of performing ALT, the client feels a reduction in swelling and improved circulation.

She is very attentive and walked me through each step of what to expect before, during and after the therapy. This helped put me at ease given this was my first experience doing assisted lymphatic therapy. The whole session was soothing and painless. Susan is very knowledgeable and caring, I learn a lot about the therapy itself along with better self care routines. My therapist recommended to drink a lot of water the day before, day of, and the day after to help flush out toxins. My acne prone skin was noticeably calmer and lighter afterwards,  and my tight muscles became more flexible, felt less inflamed post treatment. I can’t wait to go back!

The facility is beautiful, very calm and relaxing. I had lingering symptoms from a head and chest cold as well as back pain. Susan was able to detect the areas of inflammation and give extra attention exactly where needed. Before my therapy was finished I could feel the congestion loosening. Over the next two days I continued to improve and by day three all symptoms were gone and I felt incredible. I’m definitely going to make another appointment. This was better than a regular body massage!
